Hoffman Beary is a male brown bear and a minor recurring character in Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own. He works at a two-day wilderness camp to help lazier pets reconnect with their animal instincts.
Personality
Hoffman is friendly, jokey, and rather mellow. He speaks in a calm, matter-of-fact manner at all times, and does not seem to get annoyed too easily (if at all).
Although Hoffman is generally nice, his jokes and attitude can be just a touch mean-spirited sometimes; For example, in The Call of the Mild, he tells Jade that she fell into poison ivy when she really just fell into some ferns.
Physical Appearance
Hoffman, being a large brown bear, is mostly dark brown. He has a tan ruff around his neck, and his snout and cheeks are tan as well. His fangs poke out of his mouth a little bit.
Trivia
- In CEO Trip, he has to pose as a bearskin rug in Trip's building, and is the only pet who is not bothered by the role Trip assigned to him.
- He mispronounces "bear" as "bar." No one knows why, and Hoffman doesn't even seem to be aware that he's doing it, brushing it off when other pets correct him.
